You'll never find that perfect time. Believe me.

Perhaps recommitting to fitness and weight loss on a weekend that includes both a tapas happy hour and a baby shower was not the best idea. But, in all honesty, there is never a perfect time to start. Every day there are new challenges (i.e. the day my company installed snack machines that take credit cards), and there's a holiday around every corner (Thanksgiving...yikes!).

So, in anticipation of the upcoming Weight Watchers plan changes, and having just bought a 30 day pass of unlimited boot camp classes (thank you, Living Social!), I'm gearing up to beat down some body fat.

Currently weighing in at 191, my goal is to get to 160...someday. Someday this century, I hope. Heck, if I only maintain during the holidays, that's a win for me (it's a win for you too!).

Okay, enough with exclamatory interjections. Let's get started.
